Volunteer shifts - We need some volunteers on Saturday for set-up and most of the volunteers on Sunday for Fair day.  Please choose all you prefer and we will reach out to confirm a time block:

Saturday, Oct. 1st  (parking is available in the high school lot on Oct. 1st.)

 

10:0 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 2nd  (parking is available at Buttermilk and the Music Tent parking lots with shuttles to and from campus.)

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note:  On Saturday, parking is available at the Aspen High School parking lot.  On Sunday, there is no parking on campus.  We are using all the space on campus for our college tents. Parking is at Buttermilk or the Aspen Music Festival Tent parking lots with shuttles running to campus every ten minutes.  There is no parking available on campus.
