How does College Outreach bring vital services and support to students, families, and counselors of Colorado's Western Slope High Schools?

We offer year-round programming for 82+ high school students, families, counselors, and educators across Colorado’s Western Slope. For over 20 years, our signature event in October — the Colorado Western Slope College Fair — has brought together more than 250 colleges and universities from across the US and overseas to connect our deserving rural students with college and career opportunities.
In addition to the College Fair, we host a variety of virtual and in-person events during the school year for our Western Slope community, including the Rural Counselor Colloquium, Student Athletic Recruiting Seminars, Financial Aid Workshops, and more. We also offer 24/7 access to post-secondary planning resources for 28,000+ Western Slope high school students and their families through videos, articles, and other resources. New events and resources are added each year to ensure the Western Slope community has access to the most current college and career planning information available.
